Fondue Chinoise

Aperitif, selection of starters, Prosecco sorbet and tender fillet pieces to cook yourself – accompanied by vegetables, side dishes, dips and sauces. The broth is then refined with sherry and enjoyed. Rounded off with a selection of desserts, coffee and cheese with sweet wine.
