Unlimited use of the 5,000 m² wellness area with pools, saunas and relaxation zones from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 7.00 pm on the day of departure, including an afternoon buffet

A cosy bathrobe to borrow, a bath bag with sauna towels and slippers for the duration of your stay

Things to know

The prices for our packages and special offers are per person and include our gourmet board and all Winzer included services, plus local tax €2.40 per person per day until 31 October 2026; €2.60 per person per day from 1 November 2026). Depending on the package, additional cosy extras are included – you can find out exactly what these are by checking the relevant offer.

Trip cancellation & cancellation cover

Sometimes things come up – we understand that. In that case, please let us know in writing.

The following terms apply:

up to 10 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees
From 10 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price
On the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the package price
Cancellations must be made in writing
The General Terms and Conditions of 2006 apply

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in an emergency.
