Private Spa Villa

The services included depend on whether you choose the all-inclusive or self-catering option. The following are always included: exclusive use of the entire villa and its facilities:

• a welcome package consisting of a bottle of champagne, butter, jam, a small loaf of bread, bacon, cheese, 2 apples, chocolates and 4 eggs
• water on arrival
• a daily towel change on request
• Bathrobes and sauna towels
• a change of linen from four nights onwards 
• Final cleaning (a special cleaning charge may apply in the event of exceptional soiling).

Important: The 5-course evening menu at the Wellnesshotel Winzer is not included in the villas. However, if you wish to dine at the hotel, you can book the 5-course evening menu subject to availability.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
   
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
   
• One video-monitored parking space is available free of charge per villa. Two electric charging points are available in the hotel car park for electric cars. You can collect the charging card to activate the charging point from reception.
   
• Check-in & Check-out: We will be delighted to welcome you at the hotel reception and escort you to your villa.
  Your Private Spa Villa will be ready for you from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the villa by 11.00 am and settle your bill at the hotel reception. 
  If you wish to arrive earlier, you can book an Early Arrival for €50 per person: from 10:00 am, the wellness area at Hotel Winzer will be open to you. A bathrobe, a bath bag with sauna towels and a locker key (deposit €30) will be provided to you at the hotel reception.
   
• External guests: Your privacy is important to us. If you wish to invite external guests to your villa who are not staying at the Hotel Winzer, please notify us in advance. These external guests (maximum 2 guests per villa and stay) are welcome to visit for a period of 2 hours. For longer stays, a charge of €200 per person will apply. External guests are not permitted to bring pets.
   
• Well-behaved and well-groomed dogs weighing up to 20 kg are welcome on request. However, we ask for your understanding that beds and upholstered furniture are off-limits; any damage caused or significant soiling will be charged, and the terrace and grounds are not fenced off. We charge €46 per night for dogs (excluding food).
   
• Booking and payment terms: Your personal retreat is secured with a 35% deposit. We will send you the payment link together with your booking confirmation. Further information can be found in the booking terms and conditions.
    
• Cleaning: We ask for your understanding that, in exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee in the event of above-average soiling.

Sometimes things come up – we understand that. In that case, please let us know in writing.

The following terms apply:

• up to 10 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees 
• From 10 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price
• On the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the package price
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• The General Terms and Conditions of 2006 apply

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in an emergency.
